Description
Starting in 2007, we have branded ourselves as your go-to welding training center in manila. We offer a vast network of welding courses scoping different Unitor. Arc, and Gas welding courses. We have garnered 95% of the registered manning agencies here in Metro Manila as our partners in enhancing the skills of offshore, maritime, and other industry workers.
As the years went by, we skirted a great number of clients before having found a window of opportunity within the job contracting industry.
For 16 years, TOTC has served as a reliable service provider to businesses across the Philippines. We have the right assets, state-of-the-art equipment, and operational expertise to guarantee complete service for our client’s projects. We have a team of experts to guide you through the whole process, from consultation to evaluation.
Our competitive advantage as service providers is realized in our capacity to discover talented people who will form part of the Filipino workforce.
